Map is now at capacity (500 markers) - you can use the link below to view but cannot add markers to this map.
Click this link for an interactive map where you can mark your location, or the location of points of interest to SCoA members, such as meets, events, dealers, etc.

You can zoom in or out using the controls on the left, and pan with your mouse. You can change the map to a satellite photo or a combined photo/map using the buttons in the top right corner.
Be sure to switch to "hybrid" before placing your marker so you can find your exact location. Otherwise, you might be stuck in a lake or parking lot. Be sure to zoom in close!
To add a marker, simply click on a location and fill in the form.
Passing your mouse over the marker will pop up the user's info, and clicking a user's marker will go the their linked web page. If you click on the"Message Board" link below the map, you will see a list of all the markers.
You have one hour after placing your marker to delete or edit it. This gives you a chance to really zoom in and place your marker accurately using the "hybrid" button in the upper right to show the map with the satellite image superimposed over it.
Do not use an apostrophe " ' "in your description, or it won't show up.
Here is what happens when you click to place a marker. It is supposed to pop up a window that looks like this.
How about we all try to use the same info on our markers. That way we can see reservation numbers, confirmation dates, etc. and how they occur in various locations.
Name: SCoA member name, Message: reservation number, confirmation date, and delivery date ie 1173 - 9/17 - 1/24
Where the option for a link is on the form, paste in a link to your SCoA profile. To get yours, simply find a thread you posted a message in, click your user name, then "View Public Profile", and then copy the link in the new window. It should look like this, but with a different number on the end

Then simply paste that link into the map marker form. When someone clicks on your marker, your name and comment will pop up. If they click on your name, it will take the viewer to your SCoA profile, where they can send you a PM (if they're an SCoA member) or see your profile information.
I can edit it for you via PM when a change occurs.
Have fun!
