Alberto, it would help everyone if you could save up your questions and group them all in a single post. At this point you've got (or did have) posts scattered across the New Members Area making them hard to find and track. Thanks for your support.

I would agree... just make one thread with all your questions... it really would clean up the boards.

Well questions like these probably shouldn't even be in the New Members section anyways

All of the above; it is confusing in a single thread, but the multiple threads are overkill. At least post them in the applicable section of the forum for a start. As for used smarts at dealers, there can't be many. You can get some idea by checking the eBay listings - nothing under MSRP.

A humble suggestion:
1.-ask one question per line
2.-number each question
3.-precede the question with a chronological number
4.-or whatever listing system you feel comfortable with
5.-ask answers to a specific item to be numbered accordingly
6.-and you'll find your way
7.-and make a lot of readers happier
8.-does this help
9.-enjoy a pleasant evening
10.-and we hope that you'll get all you require to get your infos asap!

Alberto:

It's a matter of supply and demand. The demand is much higher than the supply at the moment. There are lots of smarts on sites such as craigslist and ebay. If you are looking to find a "deal" then you will most likely be disappointed.

On a personal note about your many numerous posts:
I can understand you are probably curious and impatient about finding answers. But too many posts can be annoying for some. In my case after about your 3rd one I just started ignoring them. Many of the questions you have asked can be found with little effort. Many topics are discussed here already on the forums. There is a search function at the top of each page. You might also want to take the time to read the smartusa.com site and contact your local dealership. Questions such as color, quality and preferences are best decided in person seeing the cars at a dealership. Since many of the questions you ask are subjective and thus the opinions of others. Take some time and effort to come to your own conclusions and opinions.

Hopefully I've not offended you with anything here. It was not meant as such. It's merely me as a member trying to offer some helpful advice.

If smarts turn out to be anything like the new MINIs were, used ones will easily stay (sell) at full MSRP even being a year old (or older!)
