What would you haul in a smart truck? Do you mean an open bed pick-up smartie? I'd side with angel on this one as in nope, na unuh, and Not! Now a smart that was also a boat is another thing!!

Ohhh. A smart boat!! Though I imagine it would be more like a jet ski for two. Bet it would be cute! How about a smart trike?
I dunno, it might be a useful thing for businesses in the inner city**such as flower deliveries, pizza, newspaper, etc. I've been seeing deliveries made here in SF with the ZAP truck. I'll bet a smart forcargo (?) would be good competition for that.
I think that a smart truck would kick butt! You could haul all kinds of things! More Groceries. Pets, Camping gear, Tools, Bikes, Ski's and equipment! I would buy one in a second!
