I rotate my wheels/tires (switched to same size front/rear) all the time and there is nothing more required than any other car: a) jack that fits jacking point on car, b) lug nut wrench to fit smart lugs, c) a spare, d) elbow grease.
I purchased this jack and it comes with the lug wrench.

I don't actually carry the jack or a spare with me, but my new tire size (195/50) is actually easier to deal with than the stock sizes. I figure I'll take my chances with AAA and a tire shop, but that's just my preference. I can certainly understand wanting the spare.
