What gives with the delivery time. Dealer said 12 to 14 months from my reservation, but I hear shorter and longer times?When do you find out when yours will be close to arriving?

Steve - Congratulations on reserving your smart. The DDE (Delivery Date Estimator) is on the smartUSA web page lower left side. Enter your e-mail address and a date should pop up. If not, you're not in the system yet - give it a few days. Your dealer should get a Vin# at some time close to your car leaving the plant in France. You can use some of the tools posted on this site to track your car from port to port, then you wait for the dealer to call. Good Luck!!
