the Milwaukee SmartCenter has a used cars at it and right across the street their is a CarMax...Also, wonder what they are going to do with all those Hummer dealerships when Hummer bites the big one..

My smart Center is located in an "Automall", where they also sell a ton of other types of vehicles, and they have a whole other outlet down the road where they sell the used cars that come in as trade ins. So when we brought our Toyota Tacoma to trade in, and we looked it up on Kelly Blue Book online, knowing about what it was worth as a trade in, they gave us what we wanted. It wasn't what we could have gotten if we'd sold it ourselves, but it was easy enough.

Sure but CYA, as in all car dealers they will offer you nothing close to what your car is worth. Smart Sugarland's used car dept. offered to buy my car. I laughed at their offer and sold it on Craigslist 3 days later for $3600 more than what they offered to "steal" it for. Sell it yourself if possible or try Carmax if your car is clean and low mileage.

Yeah i'm trying to sell my mercedes privately but if worse comes to worse at least i wont have to pay tax on the 9 or so of my trade in,
