Well, I did it last night. Welded up my 1 1/4 reciever hitch. Spent about $20 for pieces. I will try it out today on a little flat trailer with 2 scooters. I followed Alan Travis notes and pics and it was really easy to build. The color panel on the rear does not have to be removed. I will take some pictures today.
