Upgrading to a bigger car...fortwo

Current owner of a 1972 Honda 600Z Coupe.
2 cyl/32HP/1200lbs/10in tire car.

Hope the smart is as much fun to drive.
Little cars really stick to the road.

Actually I am old enough to remember the AMC Metropolitan. Quite a car for its time.

A friend had one back in the 80s. Got to drive it around a few times. BIG difference between that and the smart. You sit a lot higher in the smart.

Do you actually drive this with any regularity? I haven't seen one of these for at least a decade - I thought they had all rusted away. They seemed to have a little cancer problem didn't they?

I had one just like this.....My girlfriend and I would take it to the drive in and put her baby in back to sleep. Weird, though, I had too blow outs from the sidewall of good tires, too. Like Michilens.

Fun little car, pics please We looked into these, among others, when we were investigating micro cars

I've always loved Honda 600's. I like the boxy version too (600N?). The Smart is still shorter than either one of those, but all in all the Honda is smaller I'd say. I nearly bought one about 6 months ago, but the one I wanted slipped away to another buyer. I'm still not over it.
