Vacuum

Help please! I took my airbox out(actually the peace that would get replaced by the cold air intake you guys are talking about) so I could put a temp sender in for my water temp on the back of the head. In the process of getting that piece out(what a job) I disconnected a vacuum line that goes to the sensor. I've got it back in but I don't remember if there was three lines on it or 2!! It has 3 ports but I couldn't find the third hose. This sensor is on the engine side of the air box attached to one of the brackets on the back of the head. My question, is there only two hoses on it and are both hoses on the same end? One end has two ports the other end has 1 plus the wire connector. Thanks for your help. Engine runs good otherwise but I am taking it on a 1400 mile road trip tomorrow and don't want to run into any problems. The car is 09 passion. Thanks for your help.

A picture might get quicker results if it's readily visible.

I think the sensor you are talking about has one port that is just vented to the atmosphere (no hose) would still need a picture to know for sure.
