I paid SmartUSA to get on a the list to purchase. Now I can't get them to respond to me and I haven't heard anything about ordering the car. Does anyone know anything about this list and what is happening with it?
did you get the confirmation email at least? You should get that the same day, then within about a week you'll received another email from Roger himself ;) thanking you for your order. Otherwise you won't hear back until the dealer in your area is assigned.
However, contacting SmartUSA with a question they usually do respond with in a day.
