To answer your question...It is different for each dealership. Some started out giving their customers information like "your car is in production", "your car is on the ship", "your car is in port"; but that has died off. Since smart center Denver is part of the Kuni Auto Group, I would expect they will call you when your car reaches the dealership. That is what happens at smart center Portland, same management. You can track the car yourself if you can get a VIN# at some point in the process.
