WorkShop Manuel??

All of my Car I aquired the Shop Repair Manuel, Who is hiding this the the US 451 I need to know the electrical Scez and harness routing. Does anyone know who has this. Smart in Manhattan says they never saw one. How do they fix them? At a $120 and hour I guess they can talk about the How Too, when the Car breaks

On new production models most manufacturer's do not releast the shop repair manuals until a certain portion of the cars have fallen out of warranty, as mandated by federal law. This is done in order to insure a stream of steady repair business to their dealer network. If you want the law changed to mandate quicker release (there is a bill somewhere in congress that proposes just that), I recommend you call or write to your local congressman.

Is this Manuel Mexican or Spanish?

The repair manual is available online and has been since before you got the smart in USA so this covers any laws about them supplying car info. However it will cost you thousands of pounds to access the data.

This bill was originally sponsored by one of your own greater-NYC Reps, Edolphus Towns (10th District - Queens/Brooklyn?), and is co-sponsored by one of NYC's and the House's most powerful Reps, Charles Rangel (15th District - Upper West Side). Write to them.
