Sorry for the delay in getting the specifics out there! I'm expecting a block of time on Monday where we can hash out all of the details and get everything completely 100% finalized.
No specific hotel has been blocked or booked - I've left the hotel and lodging situation a sort of free-for-all for anyone that has a particular preference or for those that want to stay elsewhere. (I also don't want to be responsible for the hooligan(s) in the hallway at 3:00am screaming about speed.

)
It looks like a lot of us are swinging for Saturday. The few that don't seem to be most concerned with how early on the Saturday it is, and that some simply can't make 9:00am. I'm going to ask for a later time on Saturday if one is available. Afternoon would sure be nice. We'll see.
Parking is seemingly settled. He wanted to have us all gather up in one spot in the infield, but that spot hasn't been decided. As long as we know where we're all going, whatever The 'Glen wants to do for us will be coordinated en masse.
Ticket prices (admission into the Wine Festival + track time fees) have not yet been determined. He mentioned a package fee for us, but I'm not sure at all how he intends to deliver on that. (Anyone that shows up in a Smart pays at-the-track, or maybe he'll give us a number to call and reserve our spots? Idunno.)
Likely Sunday morning, we can gather and do breakfast (breakface) - for those who want to stay Saturday night and want to have real (not hotel) food before they drive home. See below:

If anyone has any particular questions or concerns, please let me know and I'll make sure they get addressed come Monday.
