This has nothing to do with SmartCar. Keep the subject in the correct area.

It's already in Off Topic....

The good news is maybe this will make some of the Budweiser products worth drinking now.

Since Annheuser doesn't make anything I drink it shouldn't matter to me, but it does because it is the loss of another American owned and run company. let's send some more of our money out of the country. Augie Busch is probably spinning in his grave!

If the Internet had existed then, I'm sure there would have been similar sites when GM bought Opel and Vauxhall, and Chrysler bought Simca.

The people I feel sorry for are the ones that work at Busch's theme parks down here in FL. InBev has already said that they are going to sell them off as part of the purchase (to raise some of the capital, in fact), which is putting some serious uncertainty into the lives of the families at Sea World in Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa. I think people will keep drinking AB products, even if their HQ moves from St Louis. I compensate for my Stoli being from Russia by getting the OJ to put it in locally, sometimes picking the oranges myself, in season.

How long till all the local bars move BUD and BUD LIGHT over to the IMPORT category and charge you an extra buck? They already do that for Sam Adams and Corona (bottled in USA even brand is from Mexico).

Those theme parks are PROFITABLE. They will sell nicely to someone and continue to operate. I'm just bummed the FREE BEER will go away.
