The Hiram Key and Second Messiah by Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas.
The Hiram Key is about Freemasonry and the - supposed - links to the Secret Scrolls of Jesus.
The Second Messiah is about Freemasonry and the belief that the Shroud of Turin is an image of the last Grand Master of the Knights Templar Jacques deMolay rather than Jesus Christ.
If you think I'm opinionated, you haven't lived yet; these guys really don't seem to like Christians, the Catholic Church or (in the Second Messiah) English Freemasonry.
These books are - supposedly - nonfiction, and include many footnotes. I find it amusing that they footnote themselves as references. Got to admire guys that say "This is obviously true, because we said it in another book" and think that nobody will notice something like that.
The books are kind of dry reading (they're English, and certainly not C.S. Lewis English!), but they're funny in a "I can't believe they think someone would seriously believe that" kind of way ... if you read them whilst in the proper frame of mind.
