Not sure what the Salary cut off is but I don't think I qualify either - if I did qualify they are just giving me my money back which is NOTHING to be excited about....

I think this program is stupid much like the Home Rebate....

How about the government just DONT TAKE MY MONEY in the first place....

The government comes up with the dumbest programs and yet fail to solve any true issues....

Everytime I vote; the idiots I vote for, or don't vote for; which ever, essentially whom ever gets in turns out to be in it for themselves and only comes up with dopey 'plans' like these to give everyone a warm fuzzy.....
