That is Tom Feddor, who actually owns license plate "0". He recieved fines because Chicago had used the number in a parking test without knowing that someone actually had it.

Interesting, the letter R doesn't appear to be reversed in the rear view mirror view. A little digital manipulation, perhaps?

One of the tags I saw a few years ago which gave me a laugh, and made me jealous, had a single letter centered ... the letter Y

I'd say so, still would be funny to see it in real life though!

My wife bought me this plate for my last birthday, I train and ride westrn horses.
Here in Britain you have to go with certain letters and numbers in set sequences so you can't just have a plate with just letters like you guys have over there, that is why 04 has to be used in the plate.
