Ok, so I was supposed to get my license on June 7th. But through some dumb event the school wants us to pay a lot of $$$ (my brother racked up huge fines while at school) before I get it. Well for fun I checked the DMV site and it said I was approved to get it, and the school has nothing they need so I'm going...
I guess my driving instructor sent off the paperwork anyway.

They didn't hold up my license, they just refused to tell the DMV I passed until either we pay for what my brother did or he comes in and does it himself.
