A suspected peeping tom was arrested outside the Sears Tower early this evening with a video camera configured with an unusually high power telescopic lens. Witnesses say that the man was setting the camera up in front of the building pointed directly upward, below the new "Ledge" attraction in the tallest skyscraper in the United States. While intended to provide onlookers with an unobstructed view of the greater metropolitan Chicago area, it appears this new attraction may appeal to a new breed of tourists interested in a different kind of unobstructed view.
