Let it All Out....Whining, Ranting & Crying Thread

Nothing to do with smart or cars....just your personal life in general. No polictical statements or anything else that is 'controversial'.

Here's mine for TODAY:

we own a house that we've had rented out for 2 years. renters moved out last week, a week later than scheduled, didn't clean ANYTHING, left a busted closet door and a bunch of misc junk and then today I find out they owe over $300 to the local sanitation/trash dept.

NICE HUH?

NEXT?

I knew some one who owned an apartment building. When ever he had to evict some one, they would totally trash the apartment they were in before leaving.

Why can't someone build an affordable ($25,000) high mileage EV!!

The criteria:

400 mile range at freeway speeds
Seats 4 comfortably
10 year warranty
Tires that never wear out
Air conditioning and heating that doesn't depleat the batteries
As easy to park as my smart
With classy styling, like the Tesla Roadster (Lotus)

OH YEA.....the "Security Deposit". $1,000.00.....$735.00 of which went to past due fees over the past 8 months, about $100.00 for cleaning, another $150.00 for repairs.

I think the 'Security Deposit' is all but gone. I DO have a "Management Company" that is suppose to be "managing" the property. My question is 'what the "H" are they being paid for?' They collect the rent, get 10% of that and other than that, apparently don't worry about freakin' follow-up.

For that kind of money, I think we'll just rent it out ourselves, save the 10% and still make some $$ on it.

Maybe you should pass those criteria on to 'fannum'....he can BUILD you one!

Use translate.google.com and you'll see it's just the same old (paraphrasing) "Small cars are being forced on us! Look at all these smart-inspired versions of your beloved cars being morphed into smaller versions [with photoshop] including this 2-legged version of a horse!"
