We went to the auction today too forest. We went AFTER the car show so we got there late. Looked around and the only thing I saw I wanted was a sandblaster like one I used to have. Didn't feel like waiting around for it since I was on edge.
As I was getting ready to leave the show my dad was driving the street rod and I was in the Corvette. So he tell me the battery died in the rod. No problem, got set of jumper cables and we'll jump it with the Vette which is right next to it. I go to pop the hood and the hood release cable breaks.

Got everything going and then on the way back the Vette dies at a light. I was sweating it as I know the fuel filter was getting clogged despite me just putting a new filter in about 200 miles ago - there is a lot of rust in the tank. Got the car started and pressed on to the auction but was on edge worried the cars wouldn't start. Should of drove the smarts.

for the smart. After waiting for well over 2 Hours with them selling all the old antique tools one at a time for about $1 each I bid a dollar on a pair of plastic patio chairs just so I could sit down. It was a beautiful fall day on a beautiful little remote farm that had been cared for so well by the dead guy. Hey actions exist to settle estates
When the trailer finally came up I stopped bidding at about $175 and it went up to $225. Bummer.
I would up coming home with a bunch of wooden fence posts, a pile of T posts for about $5, some feeders, Woven wire fence and a Gate. Total for my full pick up load was under $65
You could have picked up an antique tractor for about $300, no one was bidding. Apparently it wasn't the right color for those that attended
