I am probably the most confused here out of everyone. I haven't asked anyone to change any rules or how threads or members are dealt with. No visual changes either. All this talk about "since the new owners took over....(insert change here)" is news to me as I haven't done anything different than how things were run before. The mods/admins are all the same people with no new instructions. Anybody want to explain this to me?

In the early hours of the morning, the rain came down so hard and so fast my back yard is now a shallow "lake". All the water is slowly draining off, but if the rain continued like that for a few weeks, I'd have to build an ark.
