Suze, you're clearly the expert on salt here. I've never been a fan, just as clearly.

Now, on the other hand, when I'm grocery shopping I'm always thinking, "Would that taste good with hot sauce?" LOL And, there is a HUGE difference between hot sauces.

I always tell the truth on that question. Sad part is my colorful choice of words sometimes come out wrong. When I explain it to people I sometimes mention something that is the color brown. They never take it the right way.

BTW - Crazy Jane's Mixed Up Salt is my favorite seasoning. Little Debbie is my favorite girl. I supposed we all have to have something, some have alcohol while others have cigarettes etc.

I love hot sauce! I have several varieties and they all taste different and are used for different purposes.

I want to make hot sauce. I'm expert at making salsa and bbq sauce, (and potato salad) but have never tried making hot sauce.

Both my bbq and my salsa are great because they have a secret ingredient (different for each). I wonder what a hot sauce secret ingredient will be??

Randomly thinking (as opposed to critically thinking) won't it be grand when my job ends and I have tons of time to ponder sauce recipes? Maybe I'll make ketchup. No, prolly not cuz you can't beat Hinze.
