yeah... these have a really rounded shape but narrower in the front. There's a local reseller in PDX, so we see them quite often. I'll try to get a pic next time.

Found it! (the one in my area)

It's called the Zap Xebra, a 3 wheeled EV.

The guy driving it couldn't surpass 35mph!

Shhhh! I'm at school right now

I'm researching vehicle safety for my persuasive speech!

Current US vehicle safety regulations don't seem to care for people! Cars rated overall "POOR" or "MARGINAL" at crash testing (offset crash to wall, side impact, rear impact, roof crush etc.) should be reconsidered for safety reasons. Either that manufacturer resolves the safety issue or it should not be used legally on US highways.

Besides being *UGLY - it has been difficult if not impossible to register in several states. Some issue about what the heck is it as it is not a car nor a (no handlebars) motorcycle?

Since its inception in 1994, ZAP — a leading manufacturer of electric vehicles — has sold more than 100,000 vehicles with retail prices starting at $12,000 in 75 countries, but only 40 U.S. states have made provisions to allow this type of vehicle on their roads and some may require you wear a helmet?

I'd opt for the Meyers NmG (previously the Corbin Sparrow)

It is capable of 75 mph and will set you back a mere $30,000!

Is THIS Indicative of.......

the intelligence of todays generation? I HOPE NOT!

On a job app today, we received the following info:

Name of Applicant: Alan (no last name)

References: Rex (again, no last name and address, phone number...NOTHING!) you all know 'Rex', right?

I'm sure he'll call back next week and wonder why he wasn't hired.

Portland has a ZAP dealership, which is why I see them often. And did you know that Portland has had these since the 70's. -
