Yes it is, and I don't. It says, plain as day on the reverse, "One Cent".
US Cents have been copper plated zinc since 1983 (1982 was transitional), with only 2.5% copper content for the past 27 years. US Cents minted prior to 1982 were 95% copper and as of today are worth
nearly 2x face value in metal content.
Today's zinc Cents weigh 2.5 grams. The 95% copper Cents weigh 3.11 grams.
Even with the zinc composition, Lincoln Cents cost more than one cent apiece to manufacture.
