I agree with Fred to a degree but we are in a free enterprise society, after all. The only violation that I can see now is that, 1) The reservation rules did state that dealers or
brokers are forbidden to apply for the $99 reservation and become a holder of a reservation. I would think that he surely is acting in this capacity as a broker if he is talking about title transferring before he actually owns it himself. (not even sure how that can be done really) He doesn't have possession of the car yet nor does he even own it so how can he legally sell it on Ebay then....must violate an Ebay statute.
That kind of scalping is just not right but it IS the American way, unfortunately.
