Smart Fortwo Sized Hummer?

A co-worker saw a very small Hummer on the road. She said it was a mini-Hummer. I checked online and found Mini-Hummer Europe. It seems like a Smart Fortwo sized Hummer.

Looks like the Hummer golf cart conversion, can be bought for around 9k

The site indicateds they are NEV's (neighborhood electric vehicles). One has an option of a gas engine but it is small and does not make it go very fast. It is still very neat looking.

Just because they can only go at city speeds does not make them safe. The other guy running that red light will not be going slow.

Love the Smart's safety cell. Heck these photos don't even have seatbelts.

I was looking at a "Zen" the other day and they cost more than the Smart and those are NEV's as well.

I believe it is a very fancy golf cart that is not really intended for street use. At the site it shows them with gold clubs or carrying people around non-public streets (IIRC from the site).
