2009 Brabus Coupe - Wheel Nut Torque?

...just got a Silver Brabus Smart.... Cannot find any info on the Brabus "Monoblock VII" alloy wheel nut torque specs.... the manual indicates 80 lbs. for steel wheels (which is down from what the '08 manual stated (81 Lbs.).... no mention of alloy wheels at all. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks.

Proper torque applies to the fastener. Wheel type will have no effect. Follow factory spec.

Factory spec is 110 NM or about 84 lb ft.

There's always an acceptable range for wheel lug nuts but SMART doesn't provide that. I don't know if torque specs are different for bolts or not. Most likely anything from 75-85 lb ft is OK.

Be certain to clean the treads of the bolts, do not use any lubrication on the bolt or ball seat of the bolt. Torque specs for wheel lug nuts and bolts is for "dry" fasteners only. It is permissible and probably a wise idea to use anti-seize on the center ring area and the points where the wheel contacts the hub surface to prevent corrosion and difficulty removing the wheel.

Other bolt torques?

Anyone know the bolt torque on the 12mm wishbone mount bolts? Thanks.
