ABS problem - 450 model

We are a repair facility in AZ. I own a Smart myself and now have about 5 Smarts we care for. I have 1 in the shop right now with an ABS light on. We have found no way to access to determine the trouble code that is turning on the light. The vehicle is a 2005 ForTwo VIN WME4503321JZ19460. We are thinking of investing in some diag equipment because of the volume of cars we are servicing but don't know what to buy, any help here to is appreciated.

check out smart car club.ca there is a list of codes on there also i have a scan gauge two that is helpful you can buy the wis info cd's on e-bay that has every model on it. i hope this has been helpful.
