Air Conditioning not charged in new 2009

A/C not charged in new 2009 Smart Passion. Anyone else had this problem? Purchased at Loeber, Lincolnwood
Not charged from factory? Does it happen in shipping? Do I have a leak?
Loeber recharged 06/26/09...
I'll check the temp at vent in about a week or 2. I'll let you know what happens.

a/c

you may have a leak because the call would be checked at the factory when there would do the final check before they take the car out of the factory.

Had the same problem on a new '89 accord and 2001 Tracker both were loose fitting from the factory.

With this issue is the AC not getting cold at all or is it only slightly cool?

A/C control head issues

At 5300 miles the SRS light came on. I brought the 2009 Passion in for service. While checking the SRS light the tech also found that that the A/C control head needed replacing. This is what the tech wrote. Hard fault stored in the computer system stating a/c temp control module is faulty. Scaned system, removed unit and installed new temp control module, rescaned system and everything was ok. I thought the A/C was lacking, I just figured that that was the way it was designed, what do I know!
