I took my car into my alignment guy for an alignment check. The steering wheel was off several degrees to the right from day 1.
I asked the service department about it. They said they have to alignment rack and I'd have to schedule an appointment with their local parent MB dealer. After he said that, all I heard was "blah, blah, blah".
I scheduled an appointment with my own guy. The alignment was fine with the exception of the steering wheel orientation.
We both giggled as he raised the car up in his shop.
So, the bottom line was it cost me $40 to have someone trusted, in less than 45 minutes, make my car the way it should have been when I took delivery. This was money well spent.
