Almost Too Late at 20k !

Sub zero weather breaking at last. Car going in to the dealer Monday. Mark Hovis, the SM, will have a look at the tires. But, per our phone-con, we may be SOL, as alignment is considered a wear and tear item.

(22k on the car,but I will at least document the problem in case more problems arise in the future.)

Smart Bloomfield sends it's cars out for suspension issues so I may pay a visit to that shop as well. A2Jack.

Reporting in at 20K service been self servicing up to now, cost was $329, LAGUNA NIGUEL SMART recommends not rotating tires, and did not do so. Interesting, but they are the experts.

I put the rear rims and tires on the front , installed stock rims with 205/50 R15's on the rear.

When I set my account with Discount Tires I was given FREE rotation and balance for the life of the tires. That INCLUDES dismount and remount and balance! These services are done at every oil change (I change at 6000 mile intervals)

The Cabrio now handles like a slot car.........
