any advice on cleaning beige fabric seats and door panels?

Hi everyone. After 2600 miles, I have begun to notice some dirt on my seats , and even more at the kick panels of the doors. Since my car is beige interior, even a small amount of dirt is very obvious, certainly more than in a black, grey or red. So, does anyone have any tips to share on cleaning the fabric, seats, dash, door panels and/ or treating with any protectant. Happy to listen to all suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Someone posted about having cloth seats protected with Irish Guard (or was it Scotch Sentinel ?) shortly before a 10 years old grandson dropped his ice cream. No problem there.
As for cleaning, I had a light tan clothed new Beetles and never had the guts to try dry cleaning spray. But I'd say to carefully try anything first on a hidden location, in case the chemical does fade the material.
Light tan is delicate, that's why - even if it does look splendid - I didn't opt for it: experience...

try Griots Garage Interior Cleaner (www.griotsgarage.com). i have used it for years with only great results. its clear and contains no scent. my wife's land rover has suede covering the inside of the door where you rest your arm. that area tends to get dirty and it cleaned it up no problem. i just used it last week to clean the leather seats on my porsche too.

Had a spot on my passenger seat and used a little Resolve to get it out.

i've got a beige interior on my Corolla, which was really dirty and stained when i bought it. after trying 'steam cleaning' and everything else, i bought a $5 spray-bottle of OxyClean. you have NO IDEA how great the interior looks now! you would swear its not the same car.

just make sure you first 'practice' on an area that can't be seen, like on the lower portion or back of a seat.

We had the carpets cleaned in our house and the guy had an atachment to do the stairs. I asked if that would work on car seats. he said sure. Before they left I gave him some extra money to do the seats and carpets in my GMC truck. I was amazed at how much dirt and grime they sucked out. Looked great.
