Smart Team:
Not sure if this is the correct venue, but I am desperate! My NEW little Passion has been sitting in the shop at Dallas Smartcenter for over a week now. It has a defective brake switch (you know, locked in park, no break lights, ABS and ESP dash indicators ON). They still cannot give me any idea of when or even IF they can get the switch at all. I want my new car back!
If any of you dealers can get them a new switch; I don't care if you have to take it out of a display car, I need one bad! They don't seem to have the same priorities as I do, but I know some of you do!
As Americans, we are generally an ingenious bunch of people. Don't tell us we CAN'T do something, because WE will figure out a way it CAN be done. All I am asking is that some of those few remaining rebellious Americans step up to the plate and help a guy out. I will be forever in your debt.
