Not exactly.
That one still had a normal H-pattern gate type shifter...with an auto clutch.
This one is a sequential shifter. It gets pushed forward to shift up a gear and pulled back to shift down a gear.
It also has a computer operating electric motors to engage and disengage the clutch and to shift the gears.

Should say we just put out 99 bucks in for one.Just wonder about reliability.Need out VW Hydrostatic, replaced after one year. But we moved from Michigan to P.R.,and that could have helped.

From my reading of the Canadian forum, they're quite reliable. The clutches last far longer than on a normal standard transmission - the issue is that you can drive it like an automatic, but it still shifts like a manual, so it can be disconcerting if you're not expecting it.

The 42 clutch lasts well ,but it needs electronic adjustment every now and again at service time .We in Uk Have 6 speed in our Roadsters ,clutches dont last long with Engine Remaps available at every street corner .lol
