Big Jump in Gas Mileage at 6000 Miles

I now have over 7,500 miles and a month ago I achieved 56mpg on the hwy. I drafted a semi for 1/2 of the 104 mile trek from a gas station just before the on ramp and a fill up just after the exit. I was able to go the distance with the fuel gauge still reading full ! avg 65 mph and used around 1.85 gallons.

If I didn't use the A/C and was alone... I think I could have reached 60 mpg.
