Car will not start - again!

This is the second time that my Smart will have to be brought back to the dealer. First time shifter problem. Now the battery is completely dead after sitting for 6 days. Smart service had a guy come out to jump the car. The car started, but then he tested the battery and pronounced it dead.

Has anyone else had a battery problem. This battery is only six months old. No wonder the have only a 2 year warranty.

Maybe I should try to get them to install an Optima battery if I pay the difference?

I had to jump my battery a couple of times here in MI. I took it into my dealer for the first oil change and told him I thought the battery was kinda weak. He agreed and replaced it with no hassle. My car was about a year old at the time.
