help, i have 48k on my 08 cabrio. it seems to me that i read somewhere that the guide rails should be cleaned every so often & graphite placed on the rails for smoother opening? did i see this or am i dreaming? thanks much.

My main problem is keeping "Abby," the neighborhood cat from sleeping on it and leaving her fur on it. Was cleaning out the smart one day, and I walk around to the back, and here's this cat face staring back at me through the rear window. She was sitting on my cargo cover. How she got past the net and on top of it took some planning on her part. She is one weird cat...but all the neighbors just love her.
