After waiting for one month, I am finally getting a new smart car. I spoke to Cindy at the corporate office and they are offering me a buyback.
I still don't think they know what was wrong with my car. They are still waiting for an engineer to come from Germany to fix the car. I'm glad I don't have to worry about it anymore.

My car misfired and check engine light came on at 50 miles, and 4x after that to 600 miles. Chandler Smart Center replaced all three spark plugs, and said they sent my ECM info to Smart as a open case.
