Why stop at "A" new car? Get two or three! You'll probably have just as much luck.........seriously, I think 'Godfather' was referring to a "Lemon Law" and while they pretty much differ state-to-state, they for the most part REQUIRE your car to be inoperable for a specified period of time, say 1-2 weeks OR that you do not have use of your car for a similar time frame.
Just because you've made 4 or more trips to the dealer doesn't mean they automatically give you a new car. Also, just because you may have the same 'symptom' doesn't necessarily mean you still have the same 'problem'. Maybe the new battery they installed was defective....hey, it happens.
But in any event, get it to the dealer and see what they say. If you're not happy, talk to the brand manager. If you're STILL not happy, then contact an attorney to see what your options are.
Good Luck!
