Does anyone know if the blinker relay works with LED's without hyper flashing

As far as I know not yet... Also, don't try to jerry rig it with a resistor, I saw that done at the Orlando dealership and it was an expensive repair for the owner. If you find that someone has a setup please let us know... there are alot of us waiting for it. If you need reverse lights or license plate lights the vendor on this site has a great package.

You will need a "no load" flasher to make them work properly and without causing damage to the flasher circuit.

Here's one company that sells them, but you can Google "no load flashers for L.E.D. lamps" to find other sources and more information about the device itself.

Side markers (blinkers below the side mirrors and in front of the doors) work with LED bulbs.
