No, I have another company that does it. It's like $25 or so with a pre-paid box and what not.

The last time I had an analysis done, I had almost 35,000 miles on the same oil. The TBN was getting low so I had to change the oil. I used a Wix cartridge oil filter and changed it several times.

Are your trucks all gasoline fueled-- or do you also have diesel engines. I was curious if you've also done oil analysis on diesels.

I have an oil analysis done on a diesel that went 67,000 miles on the same oil, but it used a dual bypass filter to do so. Those filter systems are a couple hundred bucks and require space under the hood or on the frame to fit. When I get my smart, I will see if's possible to install one. If now, I will have to see if Trasko USA will have one with threads that will match.

Can I post a PDF here?

There is an art to it. Make sure the cover is properly seated for starters and then the hole is centered. That being said, before I knew that I spent a half an hour closing an engine over and broke the nut side as well. Now when I do them, no problems and I've worked on multiple Smarts - not just my own.
