I think moderators are overstepping their bounds when the begin to edit content that contained no curse words and no defamatory content. The moderator in question was also one of the people who was against my stance on this subject and who fun was being poked at. Certainly, if you're going to have people moderating, no, EDITING posts, they should be people who have no investment with the thread.

I was going to send this in a PM but here will do fine.
The only thing that was edited out of your post was a 2 sentance portion towards the top of your post that had nothing to do with your point and was derogotory in nature to other members of the forum and a single word was replaced later in your post... again because it was derogotory to other members of the forum.
It's against the rules of the forum to bait other members and that's what you were doing. If you choose to break the rules the offending material will be removed. It's not censorship... just expecting you to abide by what you agreed to when you signed up. If you have a problem, please feel free to send SMART or JPaul a PM and they'll handle it. If you would like to discuss this further with me, feel free to send me a PM.
This will be the last time I defend my actions. The rules are simple and they apply to everyone. If you choose to break them that's your choice.... just know that your choices can have undesired results.
