Ease of control while in reverse

I find it hard to back into my parking space at home. Every time I release the brake pedal while in reverse my car virtually leaps backwards. I have to be very careful. I cannot just ease my smart into my space slowly, it jumps back 1-2 feet each time.

This makes for a very jerky return home each day.

Anybody have this issue or know of an adjustment or solution?

This may be related to the creep mode thread(s).
My car used to be a hard creeper, but today I noticed it does not hunker-down anymore at a stop.
It still creeps, but it isn't as aggressive as it was while stationary.
500 miles, almost all stop and go city use.

You may want to follow that thread for more shared info.
