On scanguage there's a FWT reading (Farenheit water temperature) usually it's steady around 193, but seems to range +- 10 degrees. I'm quoting from memory so next time I'll watch it more closely and report.
I do not think that is a big swing. Mine is normal around 190 but will climb to over 200 in the summer and in stopped traffic. Will drop back quickly when fan engages.
