Does your car have to look like that to access all that stuff or is there a smaller panel to access it.

Battery is under the passengers Feet and accessed from inside the car.

You don't mean the fuel vapor canister, do you? I didn't think there was any fuel system in the front half - tank and engine in rear.

Fuel vapor canister is next to the gas tank under the car. The picture has the front plastic removed. To get to the fluids up front just open the hood. In the back, open the access panel under the carpet to get to oil dipstick and fill. Filter and oil drain are easily accessable under the car.
