2007 451s in the various markets all had the 1.0 liter Mitsubishi motor in either Normally Aspirated (NA) or turbocharged versions...71Hp and 84Hp respectively

Not sure if CDI diesel was offered in 07 but it is for 08 in some markets

Some markets also got a hybrid variation ( MHD?)

for 08 and 09 the common rumor/wisdom is only non turbo for USA

I suspect and hope we get at least one Turbo option in 09... I hope for the Pulse but if there is a option it will most likely be a Brabus/Penske variation limited edition Smart car

Fred - any particular reason for hoping for the Pulse?

I've looked, but I can't find much - other than the widened tires, isn't it very similar to the Passion we are getting?

Same as Passion but with the sport upgrades; wider tire/rims, different spring rates same height, and is the one Turbo option higher HP Smart

else all other options same as passion
