Found an electrical staple (two holes) need wheel torque

Well, I've had her for a week, and I picked up a huge staple in the tread. Nice. I tried a tire repair, and it leaked like a sieve. So, off to Pep Boys for a pro patch. Question: what's the proper wheel torque?

I think it's 81 ft/lbs but to be sure, check Dunerunner's tech thread. He had it posted.

Actually, I found it in the manual, p 207, it is 81 ft/lbs

An update. Don't depend on Pep Boys for a replacement tire. The tech says the tire cannot be repaired. Moreover, they don't stock the replacement tire.

So, off to the dealership for real work.

Update

Couldn't get to the dealer when they were open so I ordered two OEM replacement tires online from Tire Rack. Ordered Monday evening. Arrived Wednesday. Bought an extra wheel, and TR mounted and balanced for free. Now I have a rear spare. BTW: didn't splooge the tire with the sealer since I discovered the flat in my driveway. Also, if you purchase a spare, get the TPMS sensor or you'll be staring at the low pressure dash light!

I didn't get the sensor, so the TPMS will get over it til I can get to the tire shop.

I don't have the sensors on my winter wheels with the snow tires. The warning light does come on, but since I check the pressures regularly, I find it easy to ignore. I didn't get a TPMS in my spare either expecting that it would only be on while the other was being repaired. Like many others, I went with an extra front size tire - smaller, a little less room lost.
