My fills take longggg. I pump entire tank on lowest setting, no foaming or stopping to settle.

...the slower the fill up the more fuel you get...less fuel lost to evaporation...
..every little bit helps..

I think what y'all are encountering is due to the vapor control on the gas pump. Most folks with small tanks have the same problem.

If this happens you can clear out the pump vapor by holding the nozzle facing up for about 20 seconds, then try again. Just don't snort the trace amount of vapor fumes, nor use this approach to completely "top off" your tank as it may damage your carbon emissions canister.
