I'm posting this as a new thread in case "J" might want to make it a sticky out of it. The jack point pix were taken on the hoist at Smart Bloomfield while the pans were off. The other pix were taken in my yard. I use old little Ford jacks, and hockey pucks as pads. Note: the jack points are on the seam. A2Jack
I need to get the front of my Passion raised off the ground so both tires/wheels can be removed at the same time. Once you get the left or right side of the front of the ForTwo jacked up with a floor jack using the regular jacking point, where do you place the jack stand on that same side to keep it raised while you transfer the floor jack to the other side to jack it up so both front tires/wheels are off the ground? You can't use the same regular jacking point because the floor jack is already occupying it. Or is there a safe place in the center-front to place a floor jack so both wheels can be raised simultaneously?
